Please read these terms before creating an account or using the service. Last updated 17 September 2026.
The service
PSX Tracker provides portfolio record-keeping and research tools. It does not act as a broker, hold your investments or money, or execute real trades. Its trading simulator is a simulation. It is independent of Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for the records and documents you enter and for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access limits, misuse APIs, interfere with the service or upload information you are not entitled to use. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Research and calculations
Prices and other market data may be delayed, missing or inaccurate. Portfolio returns, taxes, signals, simulations and AI outputs depend on inputs and assumptions and can contain errors. They are informational tools, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice, recommendations or guarantees of future returns. Verify results against broker statements and official sources before relying on them.
Trial, plans and payments
New approved accounts receive a 7-day full trial. After it ends, the Free plan applies unless Paid access is activated. Current plan limits and advertised prices appear on the homepage. Confirm the price, currency, access period and any refund or cancellation terms with support before sending a manual payment. A trial does not itself authorize a charge or automatic renewal. Paid access begins after the payment is confirmed.
Your records and connected services
You keep responsibility for your portfolio records and backups. Google, Supabase and other connected providers have their own terms. Only connect accounts and upload files you are entitled to use. Save a current export before replacing cloud data, clearing browser storage or deleting your account. Account access by email does not automatically grant access to Google Drive.
Availability and changes
Features may change and services may be temporarily unavailable. We may restrict access to address abuse or security concerns. Contact support if a change affects a paid access period. Keep independent records; we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, timely notifications or error-free data. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Suggestions and support
You may submit ideas or report problems through Contact or the signed-in suggestions page. Submitting an idea does not guarantee it will be implemented. Send only content you have permission to share. Account, payment, privacy and service questions can be sent to itruth2011@gmail.com.

The date above identifies the current version. Review changes when you next use the app and contact support if you need clarification.
