Account and service information
Google provides your account email, name and profile picture when you sign in. Email sign-in and password recovery are handled by Supabase Auth. The service stores access approval, plan dates, alert settings and notification destinations. It also stores approval-token hashes, cloud version numbers and backup file identifiers. These records let us manage access, send requested alerts and detect conflicting saves.
Portfolio records and this device
Your browser stores portfolio records, preferences, cached market data, authentication sessions and configured API keys. If you connect Google Drive, portfolio snapshots and settings are saved in your Drive, and transactions can be exported to your Google Sheet. Backups may include API keys you configured in the app. Our cloud-version database keeps backup identifiers, not the portfolio snapshot contents. Local recovery copies can remain after a failed save or a restore. Use a trusted device and keep your own export.
Google permissions
Drive access is used for files created or opened by this app. Sheets access supports the transaction export. Gmail read access is requested separately when you choose Gmail import. The app uses your search to list matching messages and download the attachment you select. It does not request permission to send Gmail messages. You can disconnect PSX Tracker in your Google Account permissions; deleting app files in Drive is a separate action.
Optional AI and document processing
Using the assistant or an AI-assisted import sends your prompt, selected portfolio context or selected document to the configured processing provider, including Google Gemini. OCR processing may send an uploaded image or document to OCR.space. A Gmail attachment selected for import can be passed to these services when you start the scan. These features are optional; review a document before uploading it and use manual or CSV entry if you do not want AI/OCR processing. Provider terms and retention practices also apply.
Delivery, hosting and support
Vercel hosts the app, Supabase handles authentication and service records, and Brevo delivers service emails. Google delivers connected Drive, Sheets and Gmail features; market-data providers receive the symbol queries needed for their services. Hosting and providers may process connection metadata and operational logs. Shared abuse limits use hashed request identifiers with expiring counters. A support message you choose to send goes through your email provider or WhatsApp and is received by PSX Tracker support. Do not include passwords, API keys or full account statements. Providers may process data in countries other than yours.
Storage, retention and your choices
Browser records remain until cleared by app actions or browser settings; sign-out clears active local portfolio data but may retain account-specific recovery copies. Drive sync retains up to 20 committed versions, with older versions moved to Drive trash on a best-effort basis. A failed or conflicted upload can leave an additional recovery file. Account, access and support records remain until removed through account administration or a deletion request, subject to any applicable obligations and provider backup retention. Export your records before deletion. You may ask to access, correct or delete service-held information; we may need to verify that the account is yours.
Cookies and browser storage
The app uses browser storage for sign-in, saved settings, offline viewing and recovery. Google sign-in and other providers may use their own cookies. Clearing site data removes local records and may sign you out. No advertising or cross-site analytics integration is included in this app build.
